This Month We Honor JuLY’s BUCK Moon.
Other names for this moon include: WORT MOON, HAY MOON, BLESSING MOON, & DISPUTE MOON.
This month’s moon got its name because July is the month that the deer begin to grow antlers. Also, “wort”, another word for herbs, is harvested this time of year and dried to be used during the winter months.
Important Dates:
July 2nd - New Moon + Total Solar Eclipse
July 9th - First Quarter Moon (Waxing Moon)

Intention: TO CELEBRATE THE PHYSICAL WORLD, PARTICULARLY THE WONDERS OF NATURE, your physical home + your BEAUTIFUL BODY.
The July moon is a time for putting time, effort, and energy toward taking care of your physical body. It’s a very active moon (think motivation, endurance, and movement) and you might find that you have more energy than usual during this lunar cycle. If you have any health, nutrition, or fitness goals, this is an excellent time for that. If you have any home improvement projects to do around your living space, the “physical energy” of the Buck moon is the ideal time to take those projects on.
